The Daily Mirror, via Sky Germany, said the Napoli striker – who is on loan at Galatasaray – is on the lost alongside Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush, Randal Kolo Muani from Paris St Germain and Bayern Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface.
Ruud van Nistelrooy could make a quick return to the Premier League after his brief spell in charge at Manchester United. The Daily Telegraph reports the Dutchman, 48, is close to being named as Steve Cooper’s successor as manager of Leicester.
Former Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius could retire at 31 after failing to find a new club. The Daily Mirror, via SPORTbible, said the German – who played in the 2018 Champions League final – was considering ending his career after failing to secure a new team following his release from Newcastle.
