James Henry’s second-half double helped Aldershot to a 3-1 National League victory over Wealdstone at Grosvenor Vale.

Dominic Hutchinson fired the home side ahead when he lobbed keeper Marcus Dewhurst in the eighth minute, but the Shots sprung into action after the interval.

Two minutes after stepping off the bench, Henry slotted home the first in the 64th minute before adding his second shortly after with a terrific strike from the edge of the area.

Josh Barrett then made sure of the three points with a cool finish to deepen Wealdstone’s relegation worries.
